Repair status updates

I  will keep you up to date all through your repair with its status, which is why I need an email from you when you send the headstock to me.

I will acknowledge your shipping advice email when you have sent it.

I email you when I have received it, and tell you when I plan to inspect it, which is usually on the next business day.

I email the detailed inspection report including info on how to pay by check, or by credit card.

I email you when I have received your payment, telling you when I plan to ship the headstock back to you.

You will receive an email from Fedex when it ships, giving you the tracking number of the package and expected delivery date.

I also post on my Facebook fanpage on the dates your headstock is received, inspected, rebuilt, and shipped.

I post on this website on the date your headstock is rebuilt.
